To improve the condition of your hands, it is worth using glycerine soap, moisturize it with cream after each wash and exfoliate about once a week. How to do a hand scrub yourself? It is very easy. It is enough to apply a scrub to wet skin of the hand and massage it gently in circular motions. Do not go over the wrists, the inside of the hand and skin between your fingers. After a few minutes, wash your hands with warm water and towel-dry them. Finally, put on a generous amount of moisturizing cream or a mask.

Recipe for a salt hand scrub

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of salt,
  • 1/2 a tablespoon of coconut oil,
  • 3 drops of your favourite oil.

Directions:

Place plain white salt or ground Himalayan salt in a bowl and add coconut oil. Then, add a few drops of your favourite essential oil. Mix thoroughly, apply to wet hand skin and perform a gentle massage. After a few minutes, wash it down, and if you think that your hands need extra moisturizing, apply a cream.

Recipe for a sugar hand scrub

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of fine sugar,
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil,
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Directions:

Place sugar, olive oil and lemon juice in a bowl and mix. Apply the scrub to your hands and massage them gently in circular motions. After a few minutes, rinse with lukewarm water and coat your hands with a moisturizing cream.

Rice hand scrub recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of rice,
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil or linseed oil,
  • 2-3 leaves of fresh mint.

Directions:

Grind rice in a coffee grinder, pour it into a bowl, then, add olive oil and shredded mint leaves. Mix everything thoroughly so that the mint will release the juice. Rub your hands for a few minutes and then wash them with water.
